You also agree to release the Bank and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands and damages between persons using and accepting the Bank’s ATM and Visa Debit Cards issued to you, including any claims, demands or damages arising out of or related to the purchase or sale of goods or services.
The card types are: (i) “Debit Card” -- U.S. and non-U.S. bank issued Visa or MasterCard Cards that access consumer asset accounts within 14 days of purchase, including stored value, prepaid, EBT, gift, or consumer check Cards; (ii) “Other Card” -- all Visa and MasterCard Cards issued by a non-U.S. bank and all Visa and MasterCard Cards other than Debit Cards, including business and consumer credit Cards.
You agree that you will not reveal your User ID, Password, PIN, or any other Access Device to any person not authorized by you to use your Access Devices; not write your PIN or Password on your ATM and/or VISA Debit Cards or on any item kept with your Access Devices; and not leave a computer terminal unattended after you have logged in using your Password or other Access Device.
Funds Hold; Clearing, Settlement and Risk Management Policy: All parties agree that Subscriber funds are considered “cleared” as follows: * Wires — 24 hours (one business day) following receipt of funds; * Checks — 10 days following deposit of funds to the Escrow Account; *ACH — 10 days following receipt of funds; *Virtual currencies – upon receipt of coins/tokens or USD upon conversion, as agreed; *Credit and Debit Cards – 24 hours (one business day) following receipt of funds.
Some services on ATM or Debit Cards may not be available at all terminals.
