SUBLEASES AND TENANCIES. There are no subleases or tenancies (collectively "Tenancies") under the Leaseholds except for the sublease for a Friendly's Restaurant ("Friendly's") at the Philadelphia (Red Lion), PA location granted by that certain Sublease Agreement dated September 9, 1981 (the "Friendly's Sublease"): 10.14.1 The Friendly's Sublease is in full force and effect and has not been modified, amended, or extended. 10.14.2 No renewal or extension options have been granted to Friendly's except as set forth in the Friendly's Sublease. 10.14.3 There are no other agreements with Friendly's which will be binding on Purchaser. 10.14.4 The rent under the Friendly's Sublease is being collected on a current basis and there are no arrearages in excess of ten (10) days.
