Fork Lift Operator Premium. A premium of $0.30 per hour shall be paid for all hours worked on a shift in which the employee has operated the Forklift for the purpose of moving customers’ goods as assigned by management. Hub Operation (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) Dock Worker/Box Sort Premium A premium of $0.30 per hour shall be paid for all hours worked on the PM and AM shifts in which a Sorter at the Xxxxxx xxxxxx has been assigned by management to “clear the docks” and do “box sort”. This does not apply to occasional removal of material off the dock and shall be discontinued when a mechanical materials handling system is operational. Grand-fathered Employees The persons whose rates are above the new top rate will receive a 2% increase to their current wage rate in year 1 and are eligible for the Lump Sum payments as described above. In year 2, grand-fathered employees will receive a 2% increase to their wage rate and a 1% wage subsidy. In year 3, grand- fathered employees will receive a 1% wage subsidy. And unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or of a desire to amend the Agreement, then it shall continue in effect, without change, from year to year thereafter until terminated in the manner hereinafter provided. Notice that amendments are required, or that either party intends to terminate the Agreement, shall be given during the period of not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days, prior to the termination date or anniversary date, in the event of any subsequent yearly extension as provided above. The parties agree to negotiate the renewal of all of these Collective Agreements at the same time commencing February 1, 2003. In the future, the Company agrees to pay the Union a total of $2,000 towards the cost of negotiations.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Terminal Pay The Board shall provide terminal pay for accumulated sick leave to any employee who has worked for the Board at least one year, or to the employee's beneficiary without regard to length of service if service is terminated by death. Such terminal pay shall be in the amount determined by the daily rate of pay of the employee in the final year of employment.

  • First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.
