Training Premium definition

Training Premium. When the temporarily assigns an employee to provide theoretical and/or practical training to another employee which takes the employee providing the training away from her normal duties, such employee will receive a training allowance of cents ($0.45) per hour for all hours payable for the normal orientation and training that employees provide to new staff members who enter their department.

  • training allowance means an allowance (whether by way of periodical grants or otherwise) payable—

Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.
