Commencing February. 20th, 2002, seniority for all regular Full Time Employees will accrue on the basis of service in the bargaining unit, and seniority for all regular Part Time Employees will accrue on the basis of actual time worked in the bargaining unit. Temporary Employees are not regular and therefore do not accrue seniority. Seniority of each Regular Employee will be as established on the Integrated Seniority list for the Bargaining Unit which is in effect on September 20th, 2004.
Commencing February. 1, 1999, the Buyer shall have the right to physically locate one designated representative (the "Designated Representative") of the Buyer at an office or in workspace at Seller's corporate offices to observe the operations of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as well as the operations of the Bowline Point Generating Station, the hydroelectric generating stations and the gas turbine generating stations, pursuant to the Other Sales Agreements; provided, however, that the Buyer shall not unreasonably interfere with the Seller's use of the Purchased Assets. The Seller shall coordinate site visits and provide the Designated Representative during such period prior to the Closing access to Seller's managerial personnel. The Designated Representative shall coordinate the Buyer's rights to access under Section 7.2(a) hereof during the period prior to the Closing.
Commencing February. 1, 1999 Tenant's Leased Space shall increase from 13,740 to 14,490 square feet in accordance with the attached Exhibit "A".
Commencing February. 1,1999 Tenant's Pro Rata Share as outlined in Article 5 of the Lease shall increase from to 31% to 32.7%.
