Terminal Pay. The Board shall provide terminal pay for accumulated sick leave to any employee who has worked for the Board at least one year, or to the employee's beneficiary without regard to length of service if service is terminated by death. Such terminal pay shall be in the amount determined by the daily rate of pay of the employee in the final year of employment.

Terminal Pay. Any employee at normal retirement or his/her beneficiary if service is terminated by death, shall be provided terminal pay. Such terminal pay shall not exceed an amount determined as follows:
Terminal Pay. To encourage and reward personnel who exercise particular care in the maintenance of their personal health and job attendance, the Board will provide terminal pay to personnel at resignation, normal retirement, or to their beneficiaries if services are terminated by death. Terminal pay shall not exceed an amount determined by the daily rate of the employee at resignation, retirement, or death as follows:
