Terminal Pay. The Board shall provide terminal pay for accumulated sick leave to any employee who has worked for the Board at least one year, or to the employee's beneficiary without regard to length of service if service is terminated by death. Such terminal pay shall be in the amount determined by the daily rate of pay of the employee in the final year of employment.
Terminal Pay. Any employee at normal retirement or his/her beneficiary if service is terminated by death, shall be provided terminal pay. Such terminal pay shall not exceed an amount determined as follows:
Terminal Pay. To encourage and reward personnel who exercise particular care in the maintenance of their personal health and job attendance, the Board will provide terminal pay to personnel at resignation, normal retirement, or to their beneficiaries if services are terminated by death. Terminal pay shall not exceed an amount determined by the daily rate of the employee at resignation, retirement, or death as follows:
Terminal Pay. Upon the death of a member, payment for all accumulated sick leave, vacation accrual, holiday accrual, compensatory time and all other terminal pay shall be made to the designated beneficiary in a lump sum. If there is no designated beneficiary, said payment shall be paid to the surviving spouse. If there is no surviving spouse, the said death benefit shall be paid to the estate of the deceased member. This payment shall be made no greater than thirty (30) days after proof of death of a member.
Terminal Pay. A. Teachers presently employed at the time of retirement or death while under contract, shall receive terminal pay at the rate of forty percent (40%) of the accumulated sick leave at the final hourly per diem. To be eligible, the teacher must have served ten (10) years in the Xxxxxxxxx County school system.

Terminal Pay. A. A terminal leave payment for unused, accumulated paid leave days will be paid upon retirement, provided the teacher shall have been employed in the school district for fifteen (15) years. The payment shall be calculated using the accumulated paid leave days (with a maximum of 170) multiplied by $50/day. Such payment shall be paid within forty-five (45) calendar days of the last date of service. Days compensated in this manner may not be donated to the sick leave bank.
Terminal Pay. The Employee will receive terminal pay, to be paid in equal installments in semi-monthly installments, at least equal to one (1) year’s annual base salary payable to the Employee by the Company in respect of the twelve month period immediately preceding termination.

The City shall pay to each employee upon retirement from the service of the City, a sum of money which shall be paid at the percentage which is in accordance with the following schedule: Number of Unused Sick Days Percentage Paid Out 0 through 188.5 100% of all days earned The payment for an employee shall be at the employee’s 40 hour daily rate listed in Appendix A, provided the employee meets one of the following conditions:
Terminal Pay. Upon retirement of an employee under the provisions of the Michigan Public Schools Employees Retirement System, the Board shall pay the substitute teachers daily rate for each day of accumulated leave time to all employees with ten (10) years of service or more in the Caro system.
