Final Report The Contractor shall. Prepare a Final Report for this Agreement in accordance with the approved Final Report Outline, Style Manual, and Final Report Template provided by the CAM with the following considerations: o Ensure that the report includes the following items, in the following order:  Cover page (required)  Credits page on the reverse side of cover with legal disclaimer (required)  Acknowledgements page (optional)  Preface (required)  Abstract, keywords, and citation page (required)  Table of Contents (required, followed by List of Figures and List of Tables, if needed)  Executive summary (required)  Body of the report (required)  References (if applicable)  Glossary/Acronyms (If more than 10 acronyms or abbreviations are used, it is required.)  Bibliography (if applicable)  Appendices (if applicable) (Create a separate volume if very large.)  Attachments (if applicable) o Ensure that the document is written in the third person. o Ensure that the Executive Summary is understandable to the lay public.  Briefly summarize the completed work. Succinctly describe the project results and whether or not the project goals were accomplished.  Identify which specific ratepayers can benefit from the project results and how they can achieve the benefits.  If it’s necessary to use a technical term in the Executive Summary, provide a brief definition or explanation when the technical term is first used.

Final Report The Contractor shall. Prepare a Final Report for this Agreement in accordance with the approved Final Report Outline and the Style Manual provided by the CAM or format as specified by the CAM, such as a summary of all work performed under this Agreement. • Submit a draft of the report to the CAM for review and comment. Once agreement on the draft report has been reached, the CAM will forward the electronic version for Energy Commission internal approval. Once the CAM receives approval, he/she will provide written approval to the Contractor. • Submit one bound copy of the Final Report, to the CAM, incorporating CAM comments.

If the Contractor disagrees with any comment, provide a Written Responses to Comments explaining why the comments were not incorporated into the final deliverable. • Submit the revised Final Report electronically with any Written Responses to Comments within 10 days of receipt of CAM’s Written Comments on the Draft Final Report, unless the CAM specifies a longer time period or approves a request for additional time.   • The Contractor must 16.1.1. treat all Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Authority Protected Information against disclosure;

  • Contractor Compliance Contractor represents and warrants to pay, at its sole expense, for all applicable permits, licenses, tariffs, tolls and fees to give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any governmental entity in conjunction with the performance of obligations under the Contract. Prior to award and during the Contract term and any renewals thereof, Contractor must establish to the satisfaction of the Commissioner that it meets or exceeds all requirements of the Bid/Contract and any applicable laws, including but not limited to, permits, insurance coverage, licensing, proof of coverage for worker’s compensation, and shall provide such proof as required by the Commissioner. Failure to do so may constitute grounds for the Commissioner to cancel or suspend this Contract, in whole or in part, or to take any other action deemed necessary by the Commissioner.

  • Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report A. In accordance with 5 NYCRR § 142.10, Contractor is required to report Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance to OGS during the term of the Contract for the preceding month’s activity, documenting progress made towards achievement of the Contract MWBE goals. OGS requests that all Contractors use the New York State Contract System (“NYSCS”) to report subcontractor and supplier payments made by Contractor to MWBEs performing work under the Contract. The NYSCS may be accessed at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.

  • Contract Compliance All individual employee contracts entered into and/or in force during the duration of this Agreement shall be subject to and consistent with Washington State law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any individual employee contract executed shall expressly provide that it is subject to the terms of this and subsequent Agreements between the District and the Association. If any individual employee contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.

  • CONTRACT COMPLETE This Contract represents the complete agreement between the parties. No other understanding regarding this Contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. For any conflict between the attached Proposal and the terms set out in Articles 1-22 of this Contract, the terms of Articles 1-22 will govern.

  • EDD Independent Contractor Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the state.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Contractors. An independent Contractor is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Contractor and Subcontractor Registration Requirements Prior to the award of the Contract or Task Order, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers must register with the City’s web-based vendor registration and bid management system. The City may not award the Contract until registration of all subcontractors and suppliers is complete. In the event this requirement is not met within the time frame specified by the City, the City reserves the right to rescind the Contract award and to make the award to the next responsive and responsible proposer of bidder.

  • Inspection Reports Copies of the incident inspection reports and related documentation shall be distributed as follows:

  • Contractor Records A. Maintenance Contractor shall maintain a file of all documents, records, communications, notes and other materials relating to the Work (the “Contractor Records”) performed by the Contractor and any Subcontractors, that are required to ensure proper performance of that Work. Contractor shall maintain Contractor Records until the last to occur of: (i) the date 3 years after the date this Participating Addendum expires or is terminated, (ii) final payment under this Participating Addendum is made, (iii) the resolution of any pending Contract matters, or (iv) if an audit is occurring, or Contractor has received notice that an audit is pending, the date such audit is completed and its findings have been resolved (the “Record Retention Period”).

  • Subcontractor Compliance The Recipient is responsible for Subrecipient compliance with the requirements of this clause and may be held liable for unpaid wages due Subrecipient workers.
