Draft Final Report. The grantee shall prepare a Draft Final Report that includes a description of the project, issue addressed, program implementation (if relevant), evaluation strategies, findings and recommendations. The grantee shall submit the Draft Final Report to the COTR 60 days prior to the end of the performance period. The COTR will review the draft report and provide comments to the grantee within 30 days of receipt of the document.

This report shall be circulated for comment to concerned Government departments by the Director's Representative.
