Facility and Equipment Maintenance. Each Party shall maintain, at its own expense, the roadways, property, equipment, and facilities and access to said facilities that it owns that are subject to this Agreement and the Operating Easement pursuant to Good Utility Practices. Unless otherwise specified herein, or unless the Parties mutually agree to a different arrangement, neither Party shall be responsible for the maintenance of the other Party's Primary Equipment or Secondary Systems, as set forth in Schedule A hereto or the Separation Document, regardless of the location of the Primary Equipment or Secondary Systems.

Facility and Equipment Maintenance. 3.4.1 Pepco shall provide Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection in a safe and efficient manner and pursuant to PJM Requirements and Good Utility Practice. Generator shall be responsible for all reasonable Costs incurred by Pepco to provide Interconnection Service and to Maintain the Interconnection Facilities pursuant to the Agreement.

Facility and Equipment Maintenance. 1. The Concessionaire’s and the City’s respective responsibility for the maintenance, repair or replacement of all equipment and facilities for food and beverage handling, restaurant and banquet facilities are set forth in the Agreement. Prior to the first day of business under this Agreement, the Director and the Concessionaire will conduct a walk-through inspection of all equipment and the facilities to identify any repair/replacement items for which the City is responsible, so that such equipment can be repaired and replaced in a timely manner sufficient to allow the Concessionaire reasonably to commence phased operations in accordance with Section 3 of the Agreement. During a period commencing with the Effective Date and ending on the 91st day thereafter, the City shall be responsible the maintenance repair or replacement of equipment as set forth in Section 9(b) of the Agreement.

The Generating Station Owners shall keep all common-use roadways and plant accesses in or about the Conemaugh Station in substantially the same condition as exists on the date of this Agreement.
