These are to include, by way of example but not by way of limitation, a laptop computer, or other personal communication appliance and internet access. Any personal use of the cellular telephone shall be reimbursed by Assistant Superintendent on a monthly basis or as otherwise outlined in district policies and procedures.

  • Duties and Obligations The Administrative Agent shall not have any duties or obligations except those expressly set forth in the Loan Documents.
