Employment Duties and Acceptance. (a) The Company shall employ Executive during the Term (as defined below) as Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall be responsible for performing the duties and exercising the powers which the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) may from time-to-time assign to him in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in connection with the conduct and management of the business of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Employment Duties and Acceptance. 1.1 The Company hereby employs the Employee, for the Term (as hereinafter defined), to render full-time services to the Company, and to perform such duties as he shall reasonably be directed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to perform. The Employee's title shall be designated by the Chief Executive Officer and initially shall be Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Communications.
Employment Duties and Acceptance. (a) The Company hereby employs the Employee, for the Term (as hereinafter defined), to render full-time services to the Company as Chief Executive Officer and to perform such duties commensurate with such office or other office as the Employee shall reasonably be directed by the Company to perform. The Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described above. The Employee shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).
Employment Duties and Acceptance. 1.1 Company hereby employs Employee for the Term (as defined in Section 2 hereof) to render substantial but not full-time services in an executive capacity to Company and to the subsidiaries of Company engaged in the business of investment banking and in connection therewith to devote his best efforts to the affairs of the Company and to perform such duties as Employee shall reasonable be directed to perform by officers of the Company.
Employment Duties and Acceptance. The Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive agrees to serve and accept employment with the Company, as Chief Executive Officer, reporting directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). As Chief Executive Officer, the Executive shall oversee and direct the operations of the Company and perform such other duties consistent with the responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer, all subject to the direction and control of the Board. During the Term (as defined below) the Executive shall devote substantially all of his working time and efforts to such employment.
Employment Duties and Acceptance. 1.1. The Company hereby employs the Employee for the Term (as hereinafter defined) to render services to the Company as its chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, and, in connection therewith, to perform such executive and managerial duties as he shall be directed by the Board of Directors consistent with Employee's position as chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer and consistent with the duties performed by the Employee immediately prior to the date of this Agreement.

Employment Duties and Acceptance. (a) In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company hereby employs the Executive, for the Term (as hereinafter defined), to render full-time services to the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer and to perform the customary duties and bear the customary responsibilities of such positions and such other duties and responsibilities, commensurate with such positions, as the Executive shall be directed from time to time by the Board (the “Board”) of the Company to perform or bear, which duties and responsibilities shall be consistent with the provisions of the Bylaws of the Company in effect on the date hereof that relate to or bear upon the duties of the President and Chief Executive Officer, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Employment Duties and Acceptance. 1.1. The Company hereby employs Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment, for the term ("Term") set forth in Section 2 hereof, to render services to Company as one of its senior executive officers. The Executive represents and warrants to the Company that he has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that he is not under any obligation of a contractual or other nature to any person, firm or corporation which is inconsistent or in conflict with this agreement, or which would prevent, limit or impair in any way the performance by Executive of his obligations hereunder.
