Eligibility and Use of Personal Leave Banks Days. 1. The Superintendent and the OAPSE President shall mutually determine eligibility for persons who apply for use of paid leave from the Personal Leave Bank, and shall determine the number of personal leave bank days authorized to the employee. The number of days will not exceed forty five (45) days initially. Such eligible employees must have exhausted all of their sick leave accumulation and must have a serious or catastrophic illness or injury personally or in their immediate family.

  • Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.

The employer and the employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two days (up to a maximum of 16 hours) of unpaid leave per occasion, provided the requirements of 7.2.5(a) and 7.2.5(b) are met.

  • Use of Personal Vehicle Employees will not be required to use their personal vehicle for Company business.
