Use of Personal Vehicle. Employees will not be required to use their personal vehicle for Company business.
Use of Personal Vehicle. Employees who use their personal vehicle for business purposes because an Employer vehicle is not readily available will be reimbursed for mileage and parking fees incurred during such use.
Use of Personal Vehicle. When use of personal vehicle is required, the current locally approved mileage rate for miles driven for the business portion of the trip should be the maximum used to determine the amount to be reimbursed.
Use of Personal Vehicle. 26:01 Employees will be reimbursed for the use of their personal vehicle, at the School Division rate for mileage necessarily incurred on School Division business, when requested by the Employer.
Use of Personal Vehicle. (a) When requested by the Corporation and authorized by the immediate supervisor to use their personal automobile on Corporation business, employees who do so will be reimbursed at the rate established based on the rate established annually by the Department of Finance Canada and approved by Regional Council. The union shall be advised of the new rate, established by Regional Council by February each year. By virtue of this Article, employees are advised that before accepting to use their personal vehicle while conducting the Employer’s business they should discuss the possible need to increase insurance coverage accordingly.
Use of Personal Vehicle. Any bargaining unit member who is required to use his personal automobile to travel between two (2) or more schools on a regular basis or for other approved school business shall be reimbursed at the so-called "standard mileage rate" established from time-to-time by the Internal Revenue Service, upon submission of documentation as required by the Board.
Use of Personal Vehicle. An employee who is requested or receives approval from an authorized representative of his/her Employer to use his/her personal vehicle for the convenience of his/her Employer shall be reimbursed at $0.40 per road-driven kilometer travelled for such use of his/her vehicle.

Food and Nutrition Services employees who use their personal vehicle in the accomplishment of their assigned duties, including but not limited to conducting bank transactions, attending official meetings, and making deliveries, shall be reimbursed in accordance with the BCPS Controller’s Office’s reimbursement of local travel and miscellaneous expenses procedures.

Reimbursement shall be made to staff, volunteers and athletes on USCA administrative business under grants that include transportation for the authorized cost of using a personal vehicle at the IRS standard mileage reimbursement rate. … The reimbursement for approved travel by automobile shall not exceed the travel expenses incurred by flying as an alternative. Note: We encourage travelers to compare the cost using a rental vehicle with mileage reimbursement, as vehicle rental can sometimes be a more economical option.
Use of Personal Vehicle. A. Unit members who are authorized by the University to use their personal vehicles for assigned non-campus University business in accordance with University travel policy shall be reimbursed at the same rate as paid by the State of Maine. Reimbursement at this rate shall also be provided to unit members who are authorized by the University to use their personal vehicles for business travel at the University of Maine at Augusta between the Augusta and Bangor campus locations and at the University of Southern Maine between the Portland, Lewiston and Gorham campus locations, where in either event, use of available alternate transportation is not required by the University. If during the term of this Agreement, the official University mileage rate is increased above this rate, the new rate shall be implemented for unit members (See Appendix F regarding Administrative Practice Letter #26).
