Sick Leave Accumulation a. All unused days of sick leave at full pay for all employees, shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred ten (210) days. Such sick leave benefits so accrued will be usable after the annual full days allowed, and prior to any half pay benefits.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of hire.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Employees, except for emergency, temporary, and intermittent employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of eligibility. Intermittent employees shall become eligible for sick leave after completion of sixty-seven (67) working days in any twelve (12) month period. Temporary unclassified employees appointed for periods longer than six (6) months shall be considered eligible for purposes of this Article. Eligible employees appointed to emergency or temporary status from layoff status shall continue to be eligible to accrue and use sick leave.
Sick Leave Accumulation. A. An employee shall accumulate one (1) day of sick leave for each calendar month of service in which he/she works one-half (½) or more of scheduled duty days.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Full-time unit members shall accumulate 3.692 hours of sick leave credit for every completed bi-weekly payroll period. Job Share and regular status part-time employees who occupy a budgeted position will accrue sick leave on a pro-rated basis determined by the number of hours worked.
Sick Leave Accumulation. The unused portion of allotted sick leave benefits shall accumulate to an unlimited amount.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Sick leave does not accrue separately, like annual leave, on a regular basis; it accumulates through conversion of excess of hours of annual leave to sick leave as of the first pay period of the new calendar year.
Sick Leave Accumulation. (a) An employee is eligible to accumulate sick leave with full pay at the rate of 16 working hours for each 173 1/3 hours of service.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Unused sick leave accumulates from one year to the next. There is no maximum limitation. The balance of unused accumulated sick leave is credited as longevity upon retirement.
