Payroll Schedule. All bargaining unit members shall receive their scheduled salary payments via direct deposit to the financial institution(s) of the member’s choice. New hires shall have one pay period (approximately two weeks) to notify the district of their choices and complete the necessary paperwork.
Payroll Schedule. In this Agreement, the teacher shall have the option of electing 21 or 26 pays. After the initial election, any future changes must be made in writing (via the Salary Payment Option Form) no later than 10 calendar days prior to the first duty day of the new school year. During the 2019-2020 school year of this agreement, the teacher shall have the option of electing 22 or 27 pays. After the 2019-2020, the pay cycle will return to the 21 or 26 pays defined in the paragraph above. Payroll Schedule. Employees shall be paid on a monthly basis no later than the last workday of the month, except for the month of December, when the date shall be the first business day of January. Employees who have a mandatory work year of 184 days shall be paid on a 10 month basis. Employees who have a mandatory work year of more than 184 days shall be paid on a 12 month basis.
Payroll Schedule. Beginning July 1 of each year, increases in pay as agreed herein shall be effective.
Payroll Schedule. All employees shall use a timesheet to record hours worked for payment purposes. These timesheets shall be submitted in accordance with the established payroll schedule. The Superintendent shall have the discretion to change the payroll schedule of employees provided said change complies with federal and state laws. Should the regular pay date fall on an official state or federal holiday, the pay date shall be moved to the day prior to the official holiday.
Payroll Schedule. The Board shall determine the payroll process and set the payroll schedule for employees. Members will be paid based upon actual work hours performed, so timesheets must be completed, authorized, and sent to payroll no later than Monday of the pay week. Failure to provide timesheets in a timely manner may result in adjustments made in a later pay cycle.
