DUTIES OF VENDOR. 4.1 Vendor shall provide the Services on a continuing basis throughout the Term of this Agreement and as set forth in an SOW and shall diligently perform all other duties that are required to be performed hereunder or as set forth in an SOW. Vendor agrees to meet service level commitments set forth in an SOW.

DUTIES OF VENDOR. For each event, unless a written agreement is made between the County and the Vendor to do otherwise, the Vendor shall: • Provide all necessary equipment and furnishings to build a temporary booth from which the Vendor will operate. • Provide TABC Approved Permit 2 days before the event to MCH staff. • Post TABC Permit on Bar during event per TABC requirements. • Promptly remove from the MCH all alcoholic beverages at the end of the event. • Remove from the MCH all equipment and supplies related to the sale of alcoholic beverages at the end of the event. • Clean up all trash and debris. The County is not responsible for providing tables, chairs, trash cans, bags, table coverings, or any other items related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.

DUTIES OF VENDOR. Vendor agrees to perform the services listed below and/or specified in the document entitled “Scope of Work,” which is attached to this Agreement as EXHIBIT “B” and incorporated herein by reference. Except as otherwise provided, Vendor shall furnish at Vendor’s expense, all labor, services, and material for the completion of the work proposed to be done under this Agreement. Vendor will complete the same in a thorough, skillful and substantial manner in every respect to the satisfaction and approval of NHA, within the time specified in this Agreement and in strict accordance with the instructions and information contained in this Agreement and any documents attached and incorporated by reference, including without limitation the “Scope of Work” document attached as EXHIBIT “B”.
DUTIES OF VENDOR. A. Vendor shall provide Deliverables in a timely and professional manner using the generally accepted professional standards exercised by Vendor's industry as currently practiced in similar circumstances in the same or similar locality. Upon notice from RGRTA under the provisions of this Contract, Vendor will correct any Deliverables not meeting professional standards, at no additional cost to RGRTA.
