Password Protection. Contractor agrees that any portable or laptop computer that has access to the Eligible Users or State of Utah networks, or stores any Public Data is equipped with strong and secure password protection.

User shall not leave a written or electronic record of User’s password at any location at which any other person may view such record. User shall not provide User’s password to any other person or entity, including co− workers, friends, or family members. User shall be responsible for all activities undertaken using User’s password, access code, and other authorization, and User shall be responsible for any misuse or wrongful disclosure of Confidential Information resulting from the use of User’s password, access code, or other authorization. User shall not utilize any other person’s computer password, access code, or any other authentication to access the EMR system. If User has any reason to believe the security of User’s computer password, access code, or any authorization User has that allows User to access the EMR system has been compromised, User shall report such concerns to appropriate HaysMed personnel as soon as possible.
Password Protection. For your protection, a Password is required to log onto your account through Online Banking or Mobile Banking. We recommend that you frequently change your password used to access Online Banking and Mobile Banking services. You agree to hold your password in strict confidence and you will notify us immediately if your password is lost or stolen. It is recommended that you memorize your access code and do not write it down. You are responsible for keeping your access code and account information confidential. Any person whom you permit to use your access code will have access to your entire account, including the ability to transfer funds from your savings, checking, money market and loan accounts, and authorize bill payments. We refer to such person as an authorized user and you agree that an authorized user may transfer funds from your savings, checking, money market and loan accounts, and authorize bill payments.
Password Protection. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your credentials to access the App. Please note that you will remain logged into the App until you manually log out. Starkey is not responsible or liable to you in any way if you do not keep your credentials confidential and secure and as a result information is intercepted by an unauthorized person, either in transit or at your home, business, or other place of access. Starkey uses appropriate measures to keep your information secure and confidential while on Xxxxxxx’x systems, but Starkey is not responsible for the security of information while on your device or during transmission from your device to Starkey. You agree to be responsible for any act or omission by any person accessing the App or other Starkey technology, using your account credentials, or from your computer or smart device. Required Equipment and Services You are solely responsible for purchasing all hardware, software and communications services necessary for use of the App, as well as all necessary maintenance and security. You are required to utilize a suitable internet connection, compatible updated software, appropriate firewall and anti-virus software. Starkey prohibits “jailbreaking” or unauthorized removal of security restrictions on your devices used with the App, as it may cause the App to malfunction or destroy your User Data.
Password Protection. Client is obligated to keep passwords secret and ensure that third parties do not obtain access to the trading facilities. Client will be liable to RJO for trades executed by means of Client’s password even if such use was wrongful.

To the extent the Subscriber utilizes a wireless router or other means to furnish wireless access to the Broadband Internet Service within the Premises, the Subscriber agrees to limit such access by establishing and using a secure password or similar means for the use of the members of the Subscriber’s household or guests.
