Anti-Virus Software. At Customer’s request, Motorola will make every reasonable effort to test and verify specific anti-virus, anti-worm, or anti-hacker patches against a replication of Customer’s application. Motorola will respond to any reported problem as an escalated support call.

Anti-Virus Software. The Supplier agrees that it shall utilize best-in-class grade anti-virus software to examine each deliverable to be provided by it hereunder and cleanse or otherwise prevent such deliverable from containing any code described in Section 7.7, and otherwise utilize all reasonable security measures to protect the integrity of the deliverables provided hereunder.

GP practices are expected to comply with the contents of this document, the Good Practice Guidelines for Electronic Health Records and all relevant legislation and good practice in order to minimise the risk of contracting IT viruses. Any problems or issues pertaining to anti-virus software should be escalated to the IT service desk in the first instance.
