Secure Facilities. The Employer will provide secure space for employee valuables and secure changing facilities consistent with availability. To increase the physical security of patients and employees, the Employer agrees to the following: 1. The Employer will conduct a Pilot study to evaluate visitor identification and management system options to enhance the safety of Physicians, Caregivers, Volunteers, and Patients; 2. The Employer will research the feasibility of implementing access controls on elevators used by visitors; 3. A visitor identification and management system will be implemented in 2018; 4. Safety and Security Officers will assist members who choose to pursue the prosecution of people who threaten or cause workplace violence.
Secure Facilities. The Board shall provide each TRS Eligible Licensed Professional and Aide a secure room with a lock and a separate desk. Upon request of the Association member, a reasonable means to lock up personal and confidential items shall be provided.

Secure Facilities. The Colocated Sites are unmarked facilities with single secure entrances for customers and their staff. The majority of Colocated Sites are equipped with a two-stage biometric authentication process, such as iris-scanners and encrypted access cards. The Colocated Sites have one hundred percent (100%) CCTV security cameras (low-light technology) to monitor the facility interiors and exteriors on a 24x7 basis. The Colocation Services are provided in individually locked cabinets.

Secure Facilities. In case the place of performance is a Secure Facility, all visitors shall, in accordance with the facility’s procedures, obtain and display the appropriate facility-issued badge that identifies the individual. Uncleared individuals being processed for access to Secure Government sites are subject to fingerprinting on an annual basis via the FBI Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) through which local, state, and federal background checks are performed. Any uncleared visitor who refuses to be fingerprinted will be immediately denied access to the facilities.
Secure Facilities. Client Agency locations are secure facilities and Contractor shall be required to conduct a criminal background check for employees who deliver to these locations. Prior to commencing work, the Contractor will provide a list of approved employees (“Contract User List”) who have cleared a recent criminal background check to each Client Agency. The Contractor shall include adequate backup of personnel in the event of sick time, vacation schedules, etc. The Contractor shall provide an updated list to the Client Agency within 24 hours of when an employee is added or removed.
Secure Facilities. All doors must be closed during the entire event, except for entering and exiting. If used, the television and sound system must be turned off. Kitchen appliances and lights must be turned off. After the event, all doors must be locked and deadbolted. Keys must be returned to the Office Administrator before the Security Deposit will be returned to the Member. The keys may be returned through the Office mail slot.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • Banking Facilities Section 3.6(f) of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth an accurate and complete list of (i) each bank, savings and loan or similar financial institution with which the Company has an account or safety deposit box or other similar arrangement, and any numbers or other identifying codes of such accounts, safety deposit boxes or such other arrangements maintained by the Company thereat, and (ii) the names of all Persons authorized to draw on any such account or to have access to any such safety deposit box facility or such other arrangement.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to: (a) visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; (b) examine the corporate and financial records of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (unless such examination is not permitted by federal, state or local law or by contract) and make copies thereof or extracts therefrom; and (c) discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with the directors, officers and independent accountants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries will provide any material, non-public information to the Purchaser unless the Purchaser signs a confidentiality agreement and otherwise complies with Regulation FD, under the federal securities laws.
