The measurement tools and procedures shall: (a) permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels; and (b) be subject to audit by Customer or its designee, subject to the terms hereof.
Service Credits shall be allocated among the Service Levels and calculated in accordance with the procedure set forth in the applicable Service Level Agreement.
