Common use of Distribution of Contract Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Contract. Each teacher, administrator, Board member, County Superintendent, County Supervisor, and school library shall be provided with a professionally printed copy of this contract as soon as practicable after ratification and adoption by the parties. Teachers new in the District will receive a copy upon employment. The President of the Association shall be given ten (10) additional copies of the contract for the use of the Association. The Board shall likewise receive ten (10) additional copies for its use. Costs of printing the contract shall be shared equally by the Association and the Board.

The President of the Association Union shall be given ten (10) additional copies of the contract for the use each employee of the AssociationUnion. The Board shall likewise receive ten (10) additional copies for its use. Costs of printing the contract shall be equally shared equally by the Association Union and the Board.
