DISCIPLINARY MEETINGS AND RECORDS. (1) Employees required to attend investigative meetings with the Employer which may result in discipline or to attend meetings held for the purpose of issuing discipline shall be represented by either a xxxxxxx or the senior xxxxxxx. It is understood that employees may exercise the choice to decline such representation after a brief consultation with their xxxxxxx representative.

DISCIPLINARY MEETINGS AND RECORDS. (R) (a) In the case of an employee being interviewed for the purpose of receiving disciplinary action, either party may request to have a Union Xxxxxxx present during the interview. In the event a Xxxxxxx is not available then another employee may be asked to attend as a witness. The company shall inform the employee of this right at the beginning of the interview.

If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.
