Xxxxxxx Representative definition

Xxxxxxx Representative means the person duly authorised by the Senior Lenders to act for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders with regard to matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, and includes his successors, assigns and substitutes;

Xxxxxxx Representative means Xxx X. Xxxxxxx; provided that in accordance with Section 2.5 in the event of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx’x Disability, it shall mean (i) Xxxx Xxxxxxx; (ii) upon each of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx’x and Xxxx Xxxxxxx’x Disability, it shall mean Xxxxx Xxxxxxx; and (iii) upon each of Xxx X. Xxxxxxx’x, Xxxx Xxxxxxx’x and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx’x Disability, it shall mean Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.

Xxxxxxx Representative means the person identified as such in the Purchase Order or such other person notified to the Service Provider by Xxxxxx from time-to-time.

Xxxxxxx Representative shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(c)(ii).
