Development Objectives. 5.1 Through the project management mechanisms established under this Agreement to provide a transparent framework that enables the Councils to: 5.1.1 evaluate and advise upon the technical and design merits of the Proposals, including environmental, transport, social and economic impacts and benefits, to advise on the management of impacts and explore the potential for planning mitigation to address these impacts; 5.1.2 evaluate and provide pre-application advice about how the Proposals contribute and deliver regional, sub-regional and local economic, planning and community strategies, priorities and specific issues in the area. In particular to provide advice: (A) in relation to how the development may enable the community to access the opportunities presented through direct and indirect investment, via a local labour agreement and wider socio- economic strategy together with arrangements to monitor socio- economic impacts and change; (B) on skills and workforce development via up-skilling and retraining to meet business needs, and be pro-active in addressing these through work with appropriate local partners; (C) on the potential for specifically addressing local deprivation and targeting hard to reach groups, so as to stimulate engagement and enhance inclusion; (D) on a community cohesion and safety strategy which ensures that the impacts of transitory labour are managed effectively; (E) on the potential for the development to assist in tackling infrastructure deficits and meeting local needs, via a clear prioritised investment plan linked to wider local development frameworks, economic, environmental and regeneration strategies; (F) on the potential for the development to contribute to wider community and environmental benefit in the affected locality, creating a positive legacy that contributes to longer term sustainability, economic restructuring, environmental quality and place shaping; (G) on the transport implications of the proposal, including sustainable transport; 5.1.3 to ensure that the Proposals are capable of evaluation against the Government performance framework and indicator set and local targets, and are monitored.
Development Objectives. 1. The Project shall be based on the firm intent of the signatory states to implement, improve and manage a Trans- European North-South Motorway (TEM) network. This network shall form a system of high-capacity roadways ensuring an adequate quality of services for traffic by providing for safety, speed and comfort based on commonly accepted and adopted standards and practices recommended for use by all TEM countries in order to provide its users with similar and harmonised conditions. 2. This network shall link the northern and the southern and south-eastern parts of Europe among them, with western Europe and Euro-Asian links via the participating countries, thus contributing to the achievement of a balanced pan-European transport system for goods and people. 3. The Trans-European North-South Motorway shall (a) satisfy the transport demand of long-distance and international traffic by offering an efficient and convenient mode of transport and at the same time constitute an important transit artery between the participating states linking them with adjacent states of Europe, Northern Africa and Western Asia and (b) constitute a vital element in removing gaps and imbalances existing in the transport infrastructure in this area and assist in the integration process of transport infrastructure systems of Europe thus promoting the overall development of the whole region. 4. Other objectives may be added should the participating states so decide and in the case of the availability of resources.
Development Objectives. 2.1 The Parties agree that the Property is to be conveyed in its entirety to one or more purchasers (“Developer”) with a demonstrated capability of developing the project in a comprehensive manner as a whole. Proceeds from the sale of the Property are to be disbursed as has previously been agreed by the Parties in separate instruments attached hereto as Exhibit B. 2.2 The Parties agree that the developer of the Project shall be responsible for designing and constructing the Project’s infrastructure (e.g., water, wastewater, streets, and drainage). Any public conveyance or dedication of that infrastructure shall be to the City for operation and maintenance unless contractual provisions are made between the City and developer for the assumption of responsibility by a property owners association or the Bastrop County Water Control and Improvement District No. 2 (WCID #2). 2.3 The Parties agree that the Property is to be wholly annexed into the incorporated municipal boundary (i.e., City Limits) of the City as part of the comprehensive development process. 2.4 The Parties agree that the development of the Project will be governed by the sections, language, and applicable requirements of City’s regulations related to subdivision, replatting, and infrastructure improvements.

A joint venture companies shall be established by Xuhang and the government funded platform, which is committed to developing into a local digital economy integrated service platform and a unicorn enterprise by utilizing the strong resource integration and business service capabilities of both Parties. 2. The joint venture company will be committed to empowering the [Name of Government] in various aspects including event planning, content creation, new media operation, data support, and targeted poverty alleviation, to develop the “attention” economy, create a city identify, revitalize local brands, stimulate local consumption, and drive social and economic benefits. 3. The joint venture shall make every effort to enable the industrial development of [District of Government], improve its industrial Internet brand marketing capabilities, and realize the digital marketing upgrade of “quality efficiency integration” for the enterprise through the agency operation of new media serving the local industry. Key areas of cooperation between the two Parties: 1. Party B shall establish the joint venture company in [District of Government], and work hard to develop it into a digital new economy “infrastructure” service provider in [District of Government]. Together with local new media platform companies and service agencies, Party B shall carry out integrated services and industrial upgrading of new media brand marketing for local enterprises, institutions and industries. 2. Party B is committed to helping Party A create its city identify and stimulate local consumption by undertaking and serving the publicity and implementation of cultural, tourism, sports, and other activities in Party A’s region. 3. Leveraging the advantage of local talent resource empowered by Party A, Party B shall utilize its own business and resource advantages to attract and promote more outstanding talents to settle in [District of Government].
Development Objectives. The project scope is to relocate the campus MPOE from existing Building H to Building C, and re-feeding of the existing buildings and new projects (by others) from the new location. Project will include construction of the MPOE room and patch of surrounding spaces as required for routing of new infrastructure. SVA’s proposed scope includes architectural design and electrical engineering, as well as miscellaneous mechanical for cooling of MPOE, and structural support as required. Scope will include the entirety of the project from schematic design through construction documents, DSA approval and construction administration.
Development Objectives. Synopsys and MM each agree to develop the Joint Products and NGSS jointly and cooperatively with one another, and to perform their respective development obligations in conformance with each Annual Joint Development Plan. All Annual Joint Development Plans will be created pursuant to Section 3.0 below by the Joint Development Team, and will be designed to achieve both the common and individual objectives of the parties. Development Objectives. EQRx will have sole responsibility for and sole decision-making over the pre-clinical and clinical development of the Licensed Compound and Licensed Products in the Field in the EQRx Territory, and associated costs and expenses. EQRx’s high-level objectives for the development of the Licensed Compound and Licensed Products will be to conduct pre-clinical and clinical development and to commercialize Licensed Compounds and Licensed Products in the EQRx Territory in order to satisfy its diligence obligations set forth in Section 4.4. Each Party will keep the JSC informed regarding the progress of development activities in its Territory, including by providing the JSC with certain Clinical Trial Data to review.

This scope includes coordination of electrical requirements for air conditioning loads. Where existing AC is present but exterior units may be reaching their usable life, it is assumed that these will be replaced one-for-one (which can be done without DSA approval). 2. Fire Alarm Upgrades a. Upgrade campus to Gamewell system per updated PAUSD District Standard. SVA’s proposed scope includes mechanical and electrical engineering, structural engineering and architectural coordination as required for the fire alarm improvements. Scope will include the entirety of the project from schematic design through construction documents, DSA approval and construction administration. Project can be either submitted as a single application to DSA, or separated into two applications, depending on the preference of Palo Alto USD.
Development Objectives. The Consultant Team will conduct one-on-one and/or small group interviews with stakeholders. Stakeholders will be identified by the Town, and the Town will schedule stakeholder interviews over two days. Up to 15 interviews will be conducted. The interviews are anticipated to include a discussion of opportunities and constraints, development objectives, and public amenity preferences. Individual and small group interviews enable the Consultant Team to gather insight that may not be able to be gathered in larger group settings. Confidentiality will be observed with results reported in aggregate, as appropriate, as it builds trust, protects stakeholders from real or perceived harm, and assures more accurate interview responses. Interviews are anticipated to include a broad cross section of community stakeholders. After stakeholder interviews are summarized by the Consultant Team, feedback will be obtained from the Town Council (Council) and Planning and Economic Development Commission (PEDC) at a joint workshop. Community input on potential development objectives and public amenities, including prioritization, will also be gathered, and could be online (Bang the Table) or other method outlined in the POP. The Consultant Team will document the results of this input. Once the results of development objectives input and prioritization have been reported, an internal Team charrette (The Parcel Development Team and supporting experts) will be conducted to develop a framework for the development of conceptual site plans based on input received. The internal charrette will include a discussion of potential housing types, circulation and multi-modal networks and options, issues related to physical and environmental constraints, and alignment with Walk, Bike, Ride and the Downtown Revitalization Action Plan (e.g., Missing Middle Housing Strategy, building prototypes). A site tour would occur, weather permitting. Rough preliminary concepts or portions of concepts would be sketched out during the internal charrette, which is anticipated to occur over one day. The purpose of the rough preliminary concepts is to facilitate public engagement efforts, including the public charrette (see next task).
