Preliminary Development Plan definition

Preliminary Development Plan means the oversized, scaled development plans on file with the City of Noblesville’s Planning and Development Department dated August 3, 2020. The exhibit attached hereto as Exhibit D is a general representation of the oversized plans (collectively, the “Preliminary Development Plan”).
Preliminary Development Plan means a plan which has been submitted by an applicant and that depicts a single-phased or multi-phased planned development typically used to facilitate initial public feedback and secure preliminary approvals from local governments. Examples of information found on development plans include proposed land uses, density and intensity of development, public utilities, road networks, general location of off-street parking, building location, number of buildable lots, emergency access, open space, and other environmentally sensitive areas such as lakes, streams, hillsides, and view
Preliminary Development Plan means the colored, conceptual plan attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Examples of Preliminary Development Plan in a sentence

  • In addition to the approval of MPC, Developer shall, within three (3) years of receiving approval of the Preliminary Development Plan, also obtain the approval of the City Engineer for the initial phase Subdivision Construction Plans.

More Definitions of Preliminary Development Plan

Preliminary Development Plan has the meaning given in Article 11.2.
