Development Team. A development team drawn from representatives of the Parties shall be responsible for the development of the Project under the general supervision of the Project Manager and [Lead Party], and in accordance with the Development Program and the provisions of the Agreement. The Parties shall nominate qualified personnel to serve on the Development Team when vacancies develop or when the Project Manager has determined there is a need to replace existing members.
Development Team. 6.1 The Contractor may not change any members of the Development Team without the prior written consent of ECMWF.
Development Team. 3.4 Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date GW Pharma shall establish a team to oversee and manage the planning and performance of the Development Plan and Lifecycle Management Plan (the “Development Team”) on behalf of GW Pharma. For clarity, responsibility for performing the Development Plan and Lifecycle Management Plan shall remain with GW Pharma.
Development Team. The Borrower shall cause the Property Owner to maintain an Acceptable Development Team for the Project at all times.
Development Team. The Parties have established an IC Process Development Steering Committee (hereinafter the “Team”) to agree upon and monitor the Development Activities. The Team will be comprised of an equal number of members from each Party representing both the business and technology segments of each Party. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Team will not exceed twelve (12) members. It is anticipated that the Team will meet on a quarterly basis. The technology roadmap for the Development Activities shall be based upon requirement inputs from Allegro and Sanken and shall be updated at least annually. The Team will describe the anticipated process technology required and review the progress of the Development Activities. The responsibilities of each Party’s development teams to accomplish the technology roadmap activities, and the establishment, validation! and prioritization of items on the technology roadmap, will be agreed upon by the Team.
Development Team. The Alliance will include a development team ---------------- consisting of two representatives from each Party [*****]. The development Team will be responsible for planning and decisions regarding Shared Products and Follow-on Product Candidates. Either Party may change any or all of its respective development team representatives upon 30-days written notice to the other Party. All decisions of the development team will be unanimous.
Development Team. Consistent with DDA Term Sheet section 14.8, the Developer shall submit to CADA for review and comment executed agreements for any of the identified service entities of the proposed development team, i.e., architect, engineer, etc. by . CADA shall have the right to review and approve the identity of the proposed consultants and the related agreements. In the event the Developer fails to submit or resubmit the required agreements to CADA within the time set forth in this Section, CADA may, at its option, terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Developer and neither party shall have any further rights against or liability to the other under this Agreement.
Development Team. CADA shall review and tentatively approve or disapprove the identified service entities and related agreements submitted by the Developer in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of the date such information is received by CADA. In the event CADA disapproves any Development Team agreements, CADA shall give the Developer written notice of such disapproval. The Developer shall then have ten (10) working days from the date of the notice to resubmit one or more new agreements.
Development Team. NHBAC has represented that it will retain qualified and licensed companies as members of the development team (the “Development Team”) who will plan, manage, design, construct, furnish and equip the Project. The Development Team shall include i) a project manager/owner’s representative (“PM”), ii) architectural/design/engineering team (“A/E Team”), and iii) a construction manager at risk/general contractor (“XXXX/GC”). The respective Parties acknowledge and agree that any replacement of a member of the Development Team shall have the experience and qualifications required for their duties in connection with the construction of the MEB. NHBAC shall provide UNLV with copies of the services agreements by and between NHBAC and the PM, NHBAC and the A/E Team, and any pre-construction and construction agreements between NHBAC and the XXXX/GC, including, without limitation, the “Schedule of Values and Guaranteed Maximum Price.”
Development Team. PPG shall maintain the Process Development Team to work on the tasks set forth in Statements of Work. PPG shall sufficiently staff the Process Development Team so as to reasonably ensure the timely and proper completion of such tasks.
