Development Term. Development Term" means the twelve (12) month period commencing on December 1, 1998. However, either party may terminate this Agreement during the Development Term immediately upon written notice if either party materially fails to perform its duties hereunder. Providing, such termination shall not affect the obligations of WCCI and NYBE to complete the conversion of any Facilities then under construction.
Development Term. The term for the conduct of the Drug Development Program will begin on the designation of the first Development Candidate and will end upon the earlier of (i) completion of the Initial Development Plans under all Collaboration Programs, which the Parties estimate will be approximately [***] years after the Effective Date, (ii) exercise by Biogen of its Option for all Collaboration Programs; (iii) the termination of the last Collaboration Program; and (iv) mutual agreement of the Parties to terminate the Drug Development Program.
Development Term. Unless terminated in accordance with Section 12.4, the term of development (“Development Term”) for each Developed Product shall commence on the later of the Effective Date or approval of the Development Plan by the Management Committee, and expire at the earlier of: (a) two years from the approval of the Development Plan by the Management Committee, unless extended by mutual agreement of the Parties; (b) Commercial Approval for such Developed Product; and (c) termination of the Development Plan by the Management Committee. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, termination or expiry of a Development Term for a Developed Product shall not affect the Development Term of other Developed Products.
Development Term. 1. The development of the land shall be completed within 60 (sixty) months, from the date of publication in the Official Bulletin of the Macau Special Administrative Region, of the order that titles the present contract.
Development Term. This Agreement shall be for an initial term (the “Development Term”) commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier to occur of (a) the second (2nd) anniversary of the Effective Date or (b) the commencement of construction, however, the Development Term shall not expire due to the Limited Construction Activities. Limited Construction Activities shall mean, testing, studying, and other related activities to confirm the suitability of the site. The terms “commencing construction” and “commencement of construction” as used in this Agreement shall mean that date on which 3rd Party Beneficiary provides the notice of construction to Tenant. Tenant shall provide a copy of the notice of construction within fourteen (14) days of receipt to Owner.
Development Term. Development Term" means the five (5) year period commencing on the date of execution of this Agreement. However, either party may terminate this Agreement during the Development Term immediately upon written notice if no contract has been entered into for the acquisition of a Facility or site for a Facility (or an option to acquire a Facility or a site for a Facility) during any consecutive twelve (12) month period commencing after the date of this Agreement. Providing such termination shall not affect the obligations of JOINT VENTURE PARTNER and SGH-SUB to complete any Facilities then under development.
Development Term. The term of the Development Program (the "DEVELOPMENT TERM") shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter until the earlier of: (i) expiration of the then current Development Plan and Budget without extension in accordance with this Agreement; or (ii) expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Development Term. During the period for conduct of the [***] (the “Development Term”), PacBio shall prepare in consultation with Invitae and provide to the Joint Steering Committee for approval a reasonably detailed [***] and [***] for the performance of the [***] as set forth in Section 3.2. The [***] and [***] shall specify the [***] and [***] of the [***], together with a [***] of [***] ([***]) of PacBio [***] to be [***] to the [***] and any other [***] (as defined below). Beginning [***] prior to the estimated time of launch of a [***]Product, the [***] and [***] shall also set forth the [***] (as defined in Section 9.1) of such [***]Product.
