Results of Development definition

Results of Development means any and all results of development, whichNEXX shall provide according to Section 2, including the [*], as defined under Section 2 herein below.
Results of Development means all materials, in whatever form, generated by Company in accordance with Specifications, a PRD, or an SOW and/or forming part of the Deliverable and/or any other development made by Company as part of the Services for CloudMinds under this MSA, including but not limited to Developed Software, software libraries, software API’s, software code, software program modules (if any) or any part thereof, (including comments and procedural code such as job control language and scripts to control compilation and installation) and/or object code, netlists, scripts, full test results from all executed testing, test benches, test vectors, operator test scripts, stability test fixtures and/or jigs, algorithms, drawings, changes, applications, reports, as well as any other materials, media and documentation, which shall be prepared, written and/or developed and delivered by Company as part of the Services under this MSA.
Results of Development means all materials, in whatever form, generated by Company in accordance with product requirement document, Specifications or an SOW and/or forming part of the Product and/or any other development made by Company under this Agreement, including but not limited to surface geometry design, electro-mechanical design, components and their overall layout, soft tools and proto tools, engineering samples, prototypes, commercial samples, mock-ups, technical construction file, software, software libraries, software API’s, software program modules (if any) or any part thereof, (including comments and procedural code such as job control language and scripts to control compilation and installation) and/or object code, netlists, scripts, full test results from all executed testing, test benches, test vectors, algorithms, drawings, models enhancements, changes, applications, as well as any other materials, media, and documentation, prepared and delivered by Company to Sonim as mutually agreed under this Agreement and applicable SOW(s).

More Definitions of Results of Development

Related to Results of Development
