Structural Engineering Sample Clauses
The Structural Engineering clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the design, analysis, and integrity of a building's structural components. It typically outlines the standards and codes that must be followed, specifies the qualifications of the structural engineer, and may detail the process for submitting and approving structural plans. This clause ensures that the structure is safe, stable, and compliant with legal and industry standards, thereby minimizing the risk of structural failure and ensuring the safety of occupants.

Structural Engineering. Consultant shall be able to perform tasks associated with the design and analysis of structures, including but not limited to reviewing and preparing structural Plans (and details), Specifications, and Cost Estimates (PS&E) and structural calculations as deemed necessary to complete the job and in compliance with the current local, state, and federal required standards, laws, and regulations of such disciplines.
Structural Engineering. Contractor shall prepare structural engineering deliverables and documentation. Contractor structural engineering activities shall, in addition to the above, encompass the following:
1. Piling Design Design details of the piling required to support Equipment and civil / steelwork structures. Location of piles shall be included in the 3D CAD model for the Project. Where piles are selected, they shall be executed so as to minimize noise.
2. Structural Members (Columns, Beams, and Other Supports) Contractor shall design and specify all steelwork structures, and hand-over the structural calculation models as designed to support possible future plant changes. Design details of all structural members shall be included in the 3D CAD model for the Project. Contractor shall undertake calculations to verify that all structural components meet the requirements of applicable codes listed in 195910-000-PE-LI-1008, Codes and Standards List referenced in the BOD and shall determine loads imposed on foundations.
Structural Engineering. Structural engineering services including calculations and drawings for buildings or landscape design elements.
Structural Engineering. Structural engineering services including design, calculations and drawings for retaining walls, docks, piers, pilings, outlets, buildings or landscape design elements. All structural calculations shall conform to the OC Public Works standards and guidelines
Structural Engineering. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Associated Engineering Design.
Structural Engineering. Parking Structure Assessment, Structural Loading and System Assessment (including roof, floor, walls, etc.), Building Assessment (including other types of structures), Structural and Non-Structural Element/Component Assessment, and any related structural design, analysis, investigation/inspection, evaluation/assessment, engineering, or support.
Structural Engineering. Consultant must be registered in the State of California as a professional structural engineer for work requiring a structural engineer’s seal. Civil engineers registered in the State of California may perform structural engineering work allowed by the California Business and Professions Code. Consultant shall provide experienced personnel, equipment and facilities to perform the following tasks.
Structural Engineering. Requirements of As-built Drawings and Documents
Structural Engineering. Developer shall perform all structural engineering work, the cost of which will be paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. If performance of the structural engineering work reveals any Unanticipated Conditions, then Developer shall be entitled to a Change Order pursuant to Section 7.4.
Structural Engineering. 2230409.21 The structural scope of work involves the design of a new restroom structure. The restroom will be a one-story structure approximately 600 square feet to 1,000 square feet in size. The structure will likely consist of a wood-framed roof over masonry or concrete walls. We assume that the structure will be supported on conventional shallow foundations. The design will be developed through permitting. Structural Engineering Design – Task 21
