Electrical Infrastructure definition

Electrical Infrastructure means the pad mounted transformers, feeder lines, high voltage feeder lines, switches and all other related facilities owned by Purchaser through which the electrical power generated by the Turbine is transferred from the point of connection at the Turbine Controller to the Interconnection Facilities.
Electrical Infrastructure means any infrastructure or facility to be used in any way for electricity generation, electricity distribution, electricity transmission, or for a distribution or transmission power system, or electrical facilities and equipment used for any application excluding electricity distribution and transmission that existed prior to the date on which these regulations are promulgated by publication in the Government Gazette;
Electrical Infrastructure means electrical poles, towers and above or below-ground wires and cables, and all necessary foundations, footings, crossarms, line switches, transformers, panels, meters and other appliances, appurtenances and fixtures related to the foregoing.

More Definitions of Electrical Infrastructure

Electrical Infrastructure means, collectively, all Distribution Infrastructure and Transmission Infrastructure.
Electrical Infrastructure means infrastructure for the distribution of electricity, including a line or lines of towers or poles, and wires or cables (whether above ground or buried), for the distribution of electrical energy, and all foundations, footings, cross arms and other appliances, facilities and fixtures for use in connection therewith including without limitation, vaults and junction boxes (whether above or below ground), manholes, handholds, conduit, fiber optics, cables, wires, lines and other conductors of any nature, multiple above or below ground control, communications, data and radio relay systems, and telecommunications equipment, including without limitation, conduit, fiber optics, cables, wires and lines;
Electrical Infrastructure means all Distribution Infrastructure, collectively.
Electrical Infrastructure means underground, concrete-encased, duct conduit, manholes, equipment pads, and miscellaneous materials constructed and installed in accordance with specifications provided by BrightRidge.
Electrical Infrastructure. Core electrical distribution infrastructure, including but not limited to: (i) medium voltage switchgear and main distribution boards; (ii) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems providing a minimum of Tier III redundancy; (iii) diesel backup generators with N+1 redundancy and not less than forty-eight (48) hours of on-site fuel storage; (iv) automatic transfer switches; (v) busways and bus duct distribution systems; (vi) tap-off boxes; (vii) remote power panels (RPPs); (viii) branch circuit metering; and (ix) power whips or other final connections to Customer’s rack positions, as specified in Exhibit B.
Electrical Infrastructure means any aspect of the Works associated with the installation, modification, or removal of electrical equipment including work required for all auxiliary concrete, mechanical, metallic or associated non-electrical components or equipment;
Electrical Infrastructure means all (a) electric cables and wires; (b) telecommunications, data transmission and other cables related to the Equipment and the Permitted Use and (c) apparatus, lines, insulators and associated guards and wires and all other plant and equipment making up or supporting electric cables and wires, all control cables and all connections, cable markers, inspection hatches, jointing bays, cable trays meters, switches, ancillary equipment and other associated works, alterations, replacements or upgrades required for the operation of the Equipment for the Permitted Use.
