Dental/Vision. The District agrees to provide individual or full family dental care insurance. The District shall assume 85% of the cost of this plan for the selected level of coverage and the Employee shall contribute 15% of the cost of the plan. If the Employee waives dental insurance, the employee will be paid one-third (1/3) the cost per year of the plan for which the employee is eligible. One-half (1/2) of the one-third (1/3) payment will be made in the last pay in December and the remaining amount will be paid in the last pay of June. The District shall arrange to have this payment deducted on a pretax basis. The District agrees to provide individual or full family basic vision care insurance. The District shall assume 85% of the cost of this plan for the selected level of coverage, and the Employee shall assume 15% of the cost. The District agrees to provide, at the Employee’s expense, the option to purchase a more comprehensive vision insurance plan as available.

Each Confidential Employee will contribute to the cost of their dental/vision benefits in accordance with the following: 2020-2021 10% 2021-2022 11% 2022-2023 12% The District will provide a base level insurance plan. If an Employee wishes to partake in a higher level of coverage, the employee shall pay the base premium contribution and 100% of the additional premium for the higher level of insurance coverage. If an Employee waives insurance, the employee will be paid one-third (1/3) the cost per year of the plan for which the employee is eligible. One-half (1/2) of the one-third (1/3) payment will be made in the last pay in February and the remaining amount will be paid in the last pay of August. The District shall arrange to have this payment deducted on a pretax basis. The District reserves the right to switch to a benefits plan with substantially the same coverage should it benefit the District financially.
Dental/Vision. The City will provide dental and vision insurance to employees and eligible dependents according to the terms of its insurance plans. The City will pay the full premium cost for dental and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.

Dental/Vision. The District shall pay the premium at the composite rate for the 32 Washington Dental Service Plan and WEA Vision. All employees must participate 33 in the dental and vision plan at the level and on the terms specified by the insurance 34 carrier.
Dental/Vision. The District provides dental and vision insurance and pays the full amount of the monthly premiums for all regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents. All eligible employees are required to enroll in the dental and vision plans for employee-only coverage. For the purpose of these benefits, full-time is defined as an employee who works at least 24 work hours per workweek.
Dental/Vision. The City agrees to seek to join the Massachusetts Public Employees Fund in order to effectuate a dental/vision plan for its employees subject to the following terms: Effective January 1, 2001, the City shall commence contributions, not to exceed $10.44 per week per employee to the Fund. Effective July 1, 2001, the dental/vision plan shall be available to employees. No dispute or claim relative to any and all aspects of the dental/vision plan, including but not necessarily limited to claims related to the Fund’s administration of such plan, the level of benefits provided by such plan, and/or any modification(s) to such plan, is subject to Article 7 (Grievance Procedure) of the collective bargaining agreement.
Dental/Vision. Retirees may continue in the District’s Group Dental and Vision Plans at the employee’s expense upon retirement.
Dental/Vision. The Township will provide those employees who are included within the terms of this Agreement with a complete paid dental and vision insurance program.
