Benefits Plan. The College retains the right to choose the insurance carriers, or to change carriers, andto alter the design of its benefits plan, including introducing multiple tiers of premiums, provided that, during the term of this Agreement, the cost share shall not exceed the percentages set forth below. However, during the term of this Agreement, the College is committed to maintaining levels of health insurance coverage roughly comparable to the network and services coverages provided under the current plan. The College shall provide for each eligible full-time employee the following benefits during the duration of the Contract:
Benefits Plan. The Parties acknowledge that the College is in the process of redesigning its health benefit plan for all employees at the College. The Union acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to participate in these discussions by virtue of its membership in the College’s Benefits Committee. The effective date of the redesigned plan shall be January 1, 2019. Until that time, the status quo shall be maintained. The College retains the right to choose the insurance carriers, or to change carriers, and to alter the design of its benefits plan, including introducing multiple tiers of premiums, provided that, during the term of this Agreement, the cost share shall not exceed the percentages set forth below. However, during the term of this Agreement, the College is committed to maintaining levels of health insurance coverage roughly comparable to the network and services coverages provided under the current plan. If during the term of this Agreement, the College makes a new health benefit plan available to another bargaining unit or broad class of non-bargaining employees, which is more favorable than the redesigned plan to be implemented on January 1, 2019, the College shall offer it as an option to the bargaining unit members to the fullest extent permitted by law. The College shall provide:
Benefits Plan. Employees with an assigned FTE of forty-eight (48) hours or more per pay period are considered full-time for benefit eligibility purposes. Employees with an assigned FTE between thirty-two (32) and forty-seven (47) hours per pay period are considered part-time for benefit eligibility purposes. Employees can enroll in the benefit plans on the first of the month following thirty (30) days of active employment in a benefit eligible position.
Benefits Plan. All employees who have an assigned FTE of thirty-two (32) hours or more per pay period are eligible to enroll in the Employer's benefit program on the first of the month following thirty (30) days of continuous employment. For those employees who have an assigned FTE of at least forty-eight (48) hours per pay period, the Employer will provide a medical and dental option that pays the employee premium and fifty percent (50%) of the cost of dependent coverage. All employees who have an assigned FTE of thirty-two (32) to forty-seven (47) hours per pay period will be able to participate in benefits as defined in the Employer's benefit program, which will provide a medical and dental option that pays fifty percent (50%) of the cost of employee-only coverage and fifty percent (50%) of the corresponding dependent premium.
Benefits Plan. The Executive is entitled to full participation as a ------------- senior manager in IMCO's Benefits Plan, as amended from time to time, subject to the terms and conditions of IMCO's Benefits Plan's documents governing the various plans that are included within IMCO's Benefits Plan and applicable law (hereinafter referred to as " IMCO's Benefits Plan"); provided, however, that nothing contained in this Section 4.1 will be construed to obligate IMCO or the Company to provide any benefits other than those generally provided to senior managers under the IMCO's Benefits Plan. As of the date hereof, the benefits provided to the Executive under the IMCO's Benefits Plan include: a Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Program for Senior Management, a Group Long Term Disability Insurance Program, a Section "125" Plan, a Retirement Savings Plan, a major medical plan including hospital, physicians, prescription drugs and dental benefits, an educational assistance program, a vacation policy, a relocation expense policy, a restricted duty policy, a leave of absence policy and the other benefit policies identified in IMCO's Human Resources' Manual that are generally available to senior managers. Subject to Section 4.8 and Section 4.9 hereof, nothing contained herein shall affect the ability of the Company, IMCO or the IMCO Group, to terminate any IMCO Benefit Plan, or modify or amend the terms thereof.
Benefits Plan. The Trustees administer a Benefits Plan and the Participating Employees shall be eligible for benefits in accordance with the terms of the Benefits Plan. A copy of the Benefits Plan (the "Benefits Plan") is attached as Appendix A.

Benefits Plan. Exhibit 7.3.23 contains a Benefits Plan granted by AZUL Holding and/or its Controlled Companies to its respective employees, directors and employees. All the contributions (including all the contributions of the employer and of the employee) which are due were paid pursuant to each Benefits Plan. The consummation of the Transaction does not result in or cause the accelerated maturity of such obligations, acquisition of additional rights, or increase of the amount of remuneration due to any employee or former employee pursuant to each Benefits Plan. There are no non-financed obligations regarding any Benefits Plan which are not totally reflected in the Financial Statements, pursuant to applicable Law and the accounting principles generally acceptable in Brazil.
Benefits Plan. 28:01 All benefits in effect at the time of signing of this Agreement shall continue in effect throughout the life of the Collective Agreement.
