Dental Services Plan. The Corporation agrees to provide a Dental Plan for the benefit of Regular Full-Time Employees who have completed six (6) months of continuous service and Temporary Full-Time Employees who have completed twelve (12) months of continuous service which provides for the following services:
Dental Services Plan. (a) Regular Full-Time Employees who have completed the probationary period of six (6) months, as described in Section 2, and Temporary Full-Time Employees who have completed such probationary period and an additional six (6) months' service, shall be entitled to be enrolled in the Dental Services Plan and to be covered effective the first day of the calendar month following completion of the required period of service.
Dental Services Plan. The Employer has established a Dental Plan for all permanent employees who have completed six (6) months of continuous service on the following basis.
Dental Services Plan. The Employer has established a dental plan for all Regular Full-Time Employees, effective the first day of the month following the date of hire, on the following basis:
Dental Services Plan. The Employer agrees to provide a dental plan for the benefit of employees, effective the first of the month following the date of hire, which provides for the following services:
Dental Services Plan. The Employer and the Union agree that the following dental plan has been in effect for the benefit of those employees participating therein under the terms of this Collective Agreement since 1 August 1974 and that it shall continue as amended hereafter:
Dental Services Plan. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for all regular employees, full and part-time, entitled to coverage under the dental plan, at a dependent rate if required.
Dental Services Plan. A Regular Employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous service shall be covered under the Dental Services Plan, which provides the following services subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan:
