A record shall be kept monthly by the Customer, and provided on a calendar year basis to the Authority, of the total number of Base Level Employees who are employed at or assigned to the Customer’s Facility identified in the Appendix to this Schedule, as reported to the United States Department of Labor (or as reported in such other record as agreed upon by the Authority and the Customer).
