Delivery Responsibility. Seller shall be responsible for the safe delivery of all Plant and Seller’s Equipment to the Site. Seller shall abide by the requirements of Appendix B for delivery of major items of Equipment, Plant or Seller’s Equipment to the Site. Seller shall be responsible for the reception and unloading on Site of all Equipment, Plant and Seller’s Equipment delivered for the purposes of the Agreement.
Delivery Responsibility. Host will make every good faith effort to timely receive and process Sponsor materials. Sponsor is responsible for delivery of all conference materials to Host including but not limited to reference materials, digital materials, display materials and collateral to Host and/or Host’s designated conference delivery receipt site or address. Host accepts no responsibility for any interruption or delays the Sponsor experiences in delivering any Sponsorship materials to Host nor any loss or damage to any Sponsorship materials. The Sponsor accepts full responsibility for retaining sufficient quality and quantity of all materials supplied to Host as well as any protection for damage or loss of said materials.

Supplier shall arrange to deliver Merchandise, at Supplier's cost, to Filene's distribution center, and Filene's employees shall be responsible for receiving the Merchandise, accounting for the Merchandise received, shipping the Merchandise to the Covered Stores and stocking the Merchandise in or on the display case or fixture at each of the Covered Stores. Filene's and Supplier may mutually agree from time to time that Supplier will ship Merchandise directly to a Covered Store at Supplier's expense. Filene's will maintain the Shoe Departments in a normal and neat condition consistent with other departments in the Store. Mismates, defective or damaged Merchandise received from Supplier will be noted and set aside for inspection by Supplier's Supervisor and for disposition at Supplier's direction within a reasonable time. Supplier shall be exempt from Filene's distribution center, vendor and data exchange requirements.
Delivery Responsibility. Unless agreed otherwise by the Parties, Contractor shall be responsible for the safe delivery of all Materials and Equipment to the Site. Contractor shall abide by the requirements of the Contract and the Specifications for delivery of major items of Equipment, or Materials to the Site and shall provide Company no less than thirty (30) days notice of the date on which any major item of Equipment or Materials will be delivered to the Site. Contractor shall be responsible for the reception, unloading, storage and protection on Site of all Equipment or Materials delivered for the purposes of this Contract, including (unless agreed otherwise by the Parties with respect to such item of Company-Procured Equipment) all Company-Procured Equipment.

Developer shall abide by the requirements of Appendix A for the delivery of major items of Equipment and of Developer’s Equipment to the Site. Developer shall be responsible for the reception and unloading at the Site of all Equipment and Developer’s Equipment.

Supplier shall deliver the Merchandise, at Supplier’s cost, to each Covered Store, and Xxxxx Mart employees shall be responsible for receiving the Merchandise, accounting for the Merchandise received, stocking the Merchandise in or on the display case or fixture at each of the Covered Stores. Xxxxx Mart will also maintain the Shoe Departments in a normal and neat condition consistent with other departments in the applicable store. Mismates, defective or damaged Merchandise received from Supplier will be noted and set aside for inspection by Supplier’s Supervisor and disposition at Supplier’s direction within a reasonable time, and Xxxxx Mart shall receive full accounting credit for such Merchandise as appropriate in accordance with the disposition directed by Supplier’s Supervisor. All risk of loss to the Merchandise in shipment to each Covered Store shall be on Supplier.

Delivery Responsibility. The District will not be responsible for any material being delivered or services performed without a purchase order, signed by an authorized representative of the District.
Delivery Responsibility. Once the product is shipped from origin, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
