Covered Stores definition

Covered Stores means all of the Stores operated by Filene's that include Shoe Departments and which Supplier has agreed to supply hereunder, each of which have less than 10,000 square feet of sales floor dedicated to the Shoe Department for each such Store, which number of Stores may change, increase or decrease to reflect additional or closed Store locations from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
Covered Stores means those stores operated by Sxxxx Mart at those locations shown on the Covered Store Schedule as those locations may change, increase or decrease from time to time by mutual agreement of Supplier and Sxxxx Mart during the term of this Agreement or any renewal. Covered Stores include all Sxxxx Mart stores which have a shoe department, provided, however, that the parties hereto agree that the Covered Stores shall exclude those Sxxxx Mart stores with shoe departments not serviced by Supplier as of the date hereof until the end of the Phase In period set forth in Section 2.2 hereof.

Examples of Covered Stores in a sentence

  • All Covered Stores may provide or make available to Customers only Recyclable Paper Bags or Reusable Bags for the purpose of carrying away goods or other materials from the point of sale, subject to the terms of this Chapter.

  • All Covered Stores must indicate on the Customer receipt the number of Recyclable Paper Bags provided and the total amount charged for the bags.

  • All Covered Stores shall post signs at or near the point of sale located in such Covered Stores to notify Customers of the Provisions of this Law, as well as the per bag charge for Recyclable Paper Bags and Reusable Bags.

  • All Covered Stores must indicate on the Customer receipt the number of Reusable Bags provided and the total amount charged for the bags.

  • With the exception of the aforementioned fee exemption periods, Covered Stores that provide a Reusable Bag to their Customers must charge a minimum of 5 cents ($0.05) for each bag provided.

  • A Covered Stores may provide their customers with reusable bags free of charge for a two-week period each year from April 15 to April 30.

  • Supplier shall determine the quantity and mix of the Merchandise to be sold at the Covered Stores.

  • Nevertheless, Supplier agrees (i) to participate in limited, selected promotional events in the Covered Stores as agreed upon in advance by Supplier, and (ii) to maintain a policy of periodic markdowns based on length of time Merchandise has been on the selling floor.

  • Supplier will not be obligated to pay any advertising expenses relating to the Shoe Departments of the Covered Stores.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall be deemed to release or terminate any obligations of the parties which accrued under the Original Agreement with respect to the Covered Stores subject to this Agreement.

Related to Covered Stores

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Cemetery merchandise means merchandise described in section 4(1)(k)(i).

  • Grocery store means any retail establishment, the business of which consists of the sale of food, food products, or beverages for consumption off the premises.

  • Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children.   • Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Stationary beam radiation therapy means radiation therapy without displacement of one or more mechanical axes relative to the patient during irradiation.

  • Airport lounge means a business location:

  • Child care facility or “facility” means a child care center, a preschool, or a registered child development home.

  • Covered Building Service Employee means any person performing building service work for a Covered Building Service Employer, either directly or through a contract or subcontract.

  • Orthotics means the science and practice of evaluating, measuring, designing, fabricating, assembling, fitting, adjusting, or servicing an orthosis under an order from a licensed physician or podiatrist for the correction or alleviation of neuromuscular or musculoskeletal dysfunction, disease, injury, or deformity.

  • Drug store means a place whose principal business is, the

  • Long-term care facility means a nursing home, retirement care, mental care, or other facility or institution that provides extended health care to resident patients.

  • Person-Centered Service Plan means the details of the supports, desired outcomes, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve and maintain personal goals, health, and safety, as described in OAR 411-004-0030.

  • Medical care facility as used in this title, means any institution, place, building or agency, whether

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Antimicrobial hand or body cleaner or soap means a cleaner or soap which is designed to reduce the level of microorganisms on the skin through germicidal activity, and is regulated as an over-the-counter drug by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” includes, but is not limited to, (A) antimicrobial hand or body washes/cleaners, (B) foodhandler hand washes, (C) healthcare personnel hand washes, (D) pre-operative skin preparations and (E) surgical scrubs. “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, antiperspirants, “Astringent/Toner,” deodorant, “Facial Cleaner or Soap,” “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Hand Dishwashing Detergent” (including antimicrobial), “Heavy-duty Hand Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner,” and “Rubbing Alcohol.”

  • Centers means the international agricultural and natural resources research centers that are members of the Consortium; and each a “Center”.
