Display Materials definition

Display Materials means, with respect to each Workshop, the PowerPoint deck provided by CSI for display and presentation use at such Workshop as specified in Exhibit A.
Display Materials means the manufacture, assembly, or packaging of any printed point-of-purchase display materials, including but not limited to display stands, posters, banners, counter cards, or sell sheets, used for the advertising or promotion of consumer goods, primarily in retail stores.
Display Materials means any articles, materials or information of whatever nature or in any medium featured in the Display.

  • The quality of the Supplemented Display Materials and Supplemented Handouts will be deemed acceptable to CSI unless specific objection is given to Licensee within two (2) weeks of the time of inspection.

  • DYAX will use its commercially reasonable efforts to exploit the XOMA Patent Rights, generate and use Licensed Antibody Phage Display Materials, conduct Antibody Phage Display, discover, identify, characterize, develop and commercially launch Licensed Immunoglobulins and Products and/or maximize the amounts available to be shared with XOMA pursuant to this Article 4.

  • If requested by CSI, Licensee will submit to CSI copies of all Supplemented Display Materials and Supplemented Handouts that Licensee intends to display or distribute.

  • All Exhibit Space Display Materials and demonstrations must be confined within Exhibitor’s Assigned Exhibit Space and must not interfere with aisle traffic at any time.

  • XOMA covenants that it shall not initiate any action asserting a claim of infringement under the XOMA Patent Rights against CAT or any CAT Collaborator solely to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the authorized use of Licensed Antibody Phage Display Materials, Licensed Immunoglobulins or Licensed Immunoglobulin Information for activities or in a manner otherwise permitted under the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The foregoing obligations do not apply to the extent that any Logo or Trademark infringement claim is based on Licensee’s use of the Logos and Trademarks as permitted under, and in accordance with the requirements of, this Agreement or any copyright infringement claim based on the use of the Workshop Materials (excluding the Supplemented Display Materials and Supplemented Handouts) as permitted under, and in accordance with the requirements of, this Agreement.

  • XOMA is licensed hereby to use Antibody Phage Display Materials, including without limitation display libraries, received from or used by any Third Party, free from any contractual obligations or limitations otherwise applicable thereto, so long as XOMA otherwise abides by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Show Management further reserves the right to prohibit any arrangement of the Exhibit Space Display Materials that in its opinion may in any way cause danger to persons attending the Show or any risk of injury to them.
