Procured Equipment definition

Procured Equipment means the list of equipment to be procured by the Service Provider in terms of this Agreement as listed in Annexure B.
Procured Equipment has the meaning given to it in Section 5.8.
Procured Equipment means the Equipment and materials to be supplied by BCCK to Linn pursuant to the Equipment Supply Agreement, including, without limitation, the equipment set forth on the Equipment List.

Examples of Procured Equipment in a sentence

  • Any warranty provided with Procured Equipment will be between the Province and the third party licensor or the Procured Equipment manufacturer, as the case may be.

  • If insurance proceeds are paid under BCCK’s policies or under the Builder’s Risk Policy to Linn and not to BCCK with respect to any such loss or damage, so long as BCCK is not in default under this Agreement, Linn shall arrange for such proceeds (except for those applicable to Linn’s equipment other than the Procured Equipment) to be paid to BCCK as repair or replacement work is performed by BCCK to the reasonable satisfaction of Linn.

  • TBITEC shall install the TBITEC- Procured Equipment in such a manner that will allow continuous operation of the TBIT baggage handling system.

  • All right, title, benefit and interest in and to any Procured Equipment and risk of loss therein will pass from Supplier to the Province upon the Province providing acceptance with respect to the Procured Equipment in the manner specified in the purchaser order for the Procured Equipment.

  • Any warranty for Procured Equipment will be provided by the Procured Equipment manufacturer or, if software, the third party licensor of the software and will accompany the Procured Equipment.

  • Project Co shall concurrently deliver any documentation requested by THP, acting reasonably, detailing the costs of the Early Procured Equipment.

  • TBITEC shall follow for the construction of the TBITEC- Procured Equipment noted in Exhibit A the procedures in the LAWA Tenant Improvement Approval Process as set forth in the 2016 Design and Construction Handbook found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/laxdev/DesignConstructionHandbook.aspx7idMnt.

  • RSPN may facilitate the return or warranty repair of Procured Equipment; however, Client understands and agrees that the return or warranty repair of Procured Equipment is governed by the terms of the warranties (if any) governing the applicable Procured Equipment, for which RSPN shall be held harmless.

  • Vir shall be responsible for the cost of any non-routine repair or replacement, of Procured Equipment used in the Process which is required during the Term (other than in connection with any damage or destruction to the extent resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct of Biogen).
