Definition of Regular Employee. 2.1 The termregular fulltime employee”, as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who has been employed by the City of Keewatin or appointed to work for the City of Keewatin by an authorized supervisor or department head and who works regularly full-time an average of twenty—four (24) hours per week or more and who works more than sixty—seven (67) work days in a calendar year.
Definition of Regular Employee. The term "regular employee," as used in this Agreement, shall mean any employee who has been employed by the City of Virginia or appointed to work for the City of Virginia by an authorized supervisor or department head in one of the following exclusive departments: Public Works (includes Sewer Crew, Engineering, Parks and Recreation, Miners Memorial Building, Green House & City Hall), Library, and Parking Meter Monitor; and whose employment service exceeds the lesser of fourteen (14) hours per week or thirty-five percent (35%) of the normal work week, and more than sixty-seven (67) work days per year, excluding Supervisory, Confidential, temporary, casual, and Pages in the Library.

The termregular employeeas used in this Agreement shall mean any employee who has been employed by the Mower County Health & Human Services Department, who works regularly full time or regularly part time more than fourteen (14) hours per week and more than sixty-seven (67) work days per year and who has completed the probationary period. Part- time or temporary employees excluded from the definition ofpublic employee” contained in Minnesota Statutes, §179A.03, subd. 14, as amended, are excluded from this unit.

  • Termination of Employment Following a Change in Control Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.3 hereof to the contrary, if the Employee’s employment by the Company is terminated by the Company in accordance with the terms of Section 4 of the Termination Agreement and the Employee is entitled to benefits provided in Section 5 of the Termination Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Employee, in a lump sum in cash within 30 days after the Date of Termination, the aggregate of the Employee’s Base Salary (as in effect on the Date of Termination) through the Date of Termination, if not theretofore paid, and, in the case of compensation previously deferred by the Employee, all amounts of such compensation previously deferred shall be paid in accordance with the plan documents governing such deferral. Except with respect to the obligations set for forth in the Termination Agreement, notwithstanding any provisions herein to the contrary, all other obligations of the Company and rights of the Employee hereunder shall terminate effective as of the Date of Termination.
