DEDUCTIONS FOR ABSENCE. 1. In the event that a teacher absence not covered or not allowed in the express language of other provisions of this Agreement is approved, a deduction of salary in minimum units of one-half day may be made for each day of absence. MILL LEVY In the event the mill levy should fail, all salary contracts previously issued may be re-negotiated, if notice is given within ten (10) days of certification of the election.
