Damage/Security Deposit. After review by SCC, (including a day after event check for additional damage) the $500.00 security/damage deposit will be refunded if the rental checkout list has been satisfied, there are no damages to the building and its grounds, and if Renter has used the facility for the time stated in the contract. Damages, cleaning/and/or additional time costs will be withheld from the security deposit. If damage to the Fairbanks Centre or property exceeds the amount of the security/damage deposit, Xxxxxx agrees to pay for, or replace, any object of SCC property that is destroyed, damaged, or stolen during the event. Such payment or replacement must be made immediately upon receipt of notification from SCC.

Damage/Security Deposit. 10.1 Any User scheduling an event at the Center must pay a refundable damage/security deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Damage/Security Deposit. Lessee shall submit a damage / security deposit of $350.00 to secure compliance with all the conditions of the lease agreement. The damage / security deposit shall cover cleaning expenses attributable to Lessee’s failure to maintain the Pavilion and its walls, tables, chairs, stage sections, etc. Lessee will lose security deposit if noise levels exceed the city noise ordinance and/or if the noise goes past 10 p.m. on Sunday – Thursday and 10:30 p.m. on Friday - Saturday. Lessor shall return the damage / security deposit within 30 working days of the termination of the lease agreement. If necessary, fees for damages and cleaning expenses shall be deducted from the damage deposit. If the deposit is insufficient to satisfy Lessor’s claims for obligations under the lease agreement, Lessor may collect the deficiency from Lessee.

USER agrees to be responsible for and to pay the full cost of breakage or damage for any and all damage to the Auditorium equipment resulting from the Event, including but not limited to cleaning, repairing and/or replacing Auditorium fixtures and equipment, costs to replace lost keys, charges to respond to the alarm, changing the alarm passcode if deemed necessary in XXXX’s discretion. Damages will be paid first by application of the Security Deposit of $50.00 that is paid when the Rental Agreement is signed and delivered to DAOR. If damage occurs and is less than the Security Deposit, the difference will be refunded to USER. If the damages exceed the Security Deposit, DAOR will apply the Security Deposit to the amount of damages and USER will be responsible to pay DAOR, within 30 days of written demand, the entire balance of damages, plus twenty percent (20%) of all amounts over and above the Security Deposit.

The damage/security deposit may be refundable after the event as long as there is no damage done to the facility and grounds. The renter will be liable for any damages to the premises and property that is caused by the renter, their guests, or by persons or companies that are hired by the renter. Renters must leave the property in clean and in good condition with all garbage, bottles, decorations, cigarette butts (from outside designated smoking area) in the trash bins. Empeiria 110, LLC will be responsible for trash disposal. All renters must comply with all the provisions and limitations specified in the Rental Agreement. If the renter does not comply, all or a portion of the damage/security deposit will be withheld. The renter must delegate a person to sign in and out with an Empeiria 110 staff member and stay after the event until the facility is clean. A member of Empeiria 110’s staff and the delegated person will inspect the facility and grounds. The delegated person and Empeiria 110’s staff member must both sign a release form after inspection. The damage/security deposit will be refunded within 14 days.
Damage/Security Deposit. A deposit of a sum of money held to pay fees (damage, lost keys, lockouts, cleaning, late fees, etc.) at the end of the contract term, or unpaid rent. At check-out, damages in excess of the deposit will be billed to the resident.
Damage/Security Deposit. FKLR reserves the right to charge for any damages, excessive cleaning charges, long distance telephone charges and outstandingor excessive use of utilities. Any and all damage determined to have been caused by a guest, or during a guest's occupancy, will result in the estimated cost of repairs/replacement and/or damages to be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit. To avoid any claims against your deposit, we ask that you treat the rental property as you would treat your own home. Movement of furniture location is not allowed. Please call our office to report any problems upon your arrival. A fee will be assessed if keys and/or remotes are lost or not returned to FKLR upon checkout.
