Contract Term. The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.

Contractor certifies under the pains and penalties of perjury that, as of the date this contract amendment is signed, the Contractor is in good standing with respect to, or in full compliance with a plan to pay, any and all taxes due the State of Vermont. Child Support (Applicable to natural persons only; not applicable to corporations, partnerships or LLCs). Contractor is under no obligation to pay child support or is in good standing with respect to or in full compliance with a plan to pay any and all child support payable under a support order as of the date of this amendment.
Contract Term. The Contract Term of this Contract for Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services will be for two (2) years with no renewals. Section 2.2 of the Contract Exhibit C, Special Contract Conditions, is superseded in its entirety by this section of the Contract. The Contract Term will begin on September 1, 2020, or the date of the last signature on this Contract, whichever occurs later.

Contract Term. The period of contractor’s performance shall begin on June 1, 2017 and end on May 31, 2019. Upon mutual agreement of both parties the State may elect to extend terms for up to two (2) additional 12-month periods.
Contract Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Contract provisions that contain report deadlines or record obligations which occur after contract termination survive as enforceable continuing obligations.
Contract Term. The contract’s initial term is upon contract execution through June 30, 2019, unless terminated earlier as provided in this contract. In no event is this contract binding on the Department unless the Department’s authorized representative has signed it. The legal counsel signature approving legal content of the contract does not constitute an authorized signature.

Upon the termination of this Master Agreement, no new SOW Agreements may be issued, and any outstanding SOW Agreements shall continue unless or until terminated in accordance with the terms of the SOW Agreement, and the Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of this Master Agreement shall survive and apply to the SOW Agreement.
