Deposit Refund. Upon issuance of an Occupancy Permit for the completed residence the City agrees to account for and refund the deposit.

Deposit Refund. Deposits will be refunded if facilities are used in accordance with all provisions of this Agreement and are returned in the same condition as when they were prior to the event. The District will conduct a post event inspection and has the sole authority to determine whether these conditions have been met.
Deposit Refund. 1. If trash is not emptied and decorations are not removed, the renting party may forfeit part or all of their deposit.
2. Upon completion of the rental period, the Rental Party and Civic Center representative will post check The Facility. If there are no damages and the event did not extend beyond the rental period, the Civic Center will return the deposit within 2 weeks.
3. If The Facility has been damaged, the Civic Center will notify the Renting Party of such damage in writing and state the amount of deposit to be forfeited. Amount of damage will be determined solely by the Civic Center.
4. The Renting Party is responsible for reimbursing the cost of damage in excess of the deposit within 7 days of written notification. If the Renting Party does not reimburse the Civic Center, legal action will be brought against the Renting Party.
5. If alcohol is detected in the building or on the premises without an alcohol rental, the $250 security deposit will be forfeited.
6. If the Renting Party or their representative is not on the premises or if The Facility is left unattended, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit Refund. Licensee agrees that the deposit, if any be required, made upon execution by Licensee of this Agreement shall not be refundable for any reason unless County, in its absolute discretion, determines such a refund in whole or in part, to be warranted.
Deposit Refund. In connection with submitting this Contract, Student must pay to University the Deposit to reserve a room in on-campus housing. The Deposit shall be held by University as security for the full and faithful performance of each provision of this Contract to be performed by Student. The Deposit is not a measure of University damages in case of Student’s default hereunder. Upon receipt, the Deposit will be reflected as a credit on Student’s financial account with University. A Deposit submitted in connection with a prior academic term may continue to satisfy Student’s obligation to provide a Deposit under this Contract so long as such Deposit has not been otherwise applied by University to satisfy Student’s outstanding obligations. If the room to which Student is assigned is damaged during the period in which Student is entitled to reside therein, the cost of such damage will be deducted from the Deposit. Any amounts deducted from the Deposit must be repaid by Student upon demand from University, and in any event prior to the start of the next academic term. The Deposit is not a cap on Student’s responsibility for damages and Student will be charged for damages to housing that exceed the Deposit. No refund of the Deposit will be granted if Student withdraws from attending University after making the Deposit but prior to the start or completion of an academic term. If Student elects to depart from on-campus housing at the end of the academic term, Student is entitled to a refund of the Deposit if Student has (a) satisfied all financial obligations to University and has no outstanding debts, (b) completed the residential checkout process, (c) otherwise complied with this Contract and returned the room to its original condition (subject to normal wear and tear), (d) submitted a “Request a Refund” form or similar application through the Student Portal, and (e) completed a Change of Status form in the Office of Residential Life or an Exit process, as applicable, in the Office of Student and Academic Support Services, which is located in the Library and Academic Resources Center, room 354. Failure to complete the Change of Status form or Exit process by January 1 for the spring semester or by June 1 for the fall semester will result in forfeiture of the Deposit.
Deposit Refund. The deposit is not refundable, except as provided in this Agreement.
Deposit Refund. A security deposit of one month’s tuition is due at the beginning of enrollment and applied to your last month of attendance. A 30-day notification must be submitted, in writing, to the office in order to have deposit applied.

4) Amount of damage will be determined solely by the Visions Building Corporation or its representatives (See Attached)
5) Damages and other deductions in an amount less than $1000.00 will be deducted prior to the return of any deposit.
6) Renting Party is responsible for reimbursing Visions Building Corporation the cost of damages in excess of the $1000.00 security/damage deposit within seven (7) days of written notification by Visions Building Corporation.
7) Charges will be accessed if the fire alarm is pulled during the event.
