Daily & Weekly Hours of Work. (a) The regular work week for full-time employees will be seventy-five (75) hours in a pay period divided into ten (10) days of seven and one-half (7½) hours, excluding a ½ hour unpaid meal period. This meal period shall be an uninterrupted period except in cases of emergency.

Except in cases of emergency, the meal period shall be an uninterrupted period. The hours of work are stated solely for the purpose of computing overtime and shall not be construed as a guarantee of any minimum or as a restriction on any maximum number of hours to be worked. Where employees are working a longer workday, the provisions set out in this Article governing regular hours of work on a workday shall be adjusted accordingly.
Daily & Weekly Hours of Work. The regular hours of work per week shall not be greater than twenty four (24) as scheduled by the Hospital exclusive of a one-half (½) hour unpaid meal period per shift. The meal period shall be an uninterrupted period subject to efficiency of operations of the Hospital. The normal daily tour shall not be more than seven and one-half (7 ½) hours exclusive of a one-half hour unpaid meal period. It is understood and agreed that the provisions of this Article are intended only to provide a basis for calculating time worked and shall not be considered a guarantee as to hours of work per day, the days or work per week, nor a guarantee of working schedules.
