Shift and Weekend Premium. (a) Effective July 1, 2019, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety cents (90¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours.

Shift and Weekend Premium. Employees shall be paid a shift premium of forty-five cents (45¢) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours. The same one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour will be paid as weekend premium for all hours worked between 2400 hours Friday and 2400 hours Sunday, or such other 48-hour period as may be agreed upon by the local parties.
