Customer’s Other Responsibilities. Company’s performance of Services is contingent upon Customer’s timely and effective performance of its responsibilities, decisions, and approvals, and Company may rely on Customer decisions and approvals. Customer is responsible for the results obtained from the use of the Software and Services. Customer agrees to cooperate with Company’s personnel with respect to any reasonable request made for the purposes of Company fulfilling its Services obligations. Customer will ensure that its personnel involved in the Services are suitably qualified with sufficient skills and expertise in the software applications and business practices used by Customer. Company typically provides Services from its locations. However, where the parties have agreed otherwise (for example, in the applicable Statement of Work), Customer agrees to provide Company, at no charge, with safe and sufficient access to and use of its facilities including a suitable technical environment and necessary operating software and communications resources, system and user documentation, office space, personnel, and services as reasonably required by Company to enable it to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

Customer is responsible for the results obtained from the use of the Software and Services. Customer agrees to cooperate with Xxxxxxx’s personnel with respect to any reasonable request made for the purposes of Lyniate fulfilling its Services obligations. Customer will ensure that its personnel involved in the Services are suitably qualified with sufficient skills and expertise in the software applications and business practices used by Customer. Lyniate typically provides Services from its locations. However, where the parties have agreed otherwise (for example, in the applicable Statement of Work), Customer agrees to provide Lyniate, at no charge, with safe and sufficient access to and use of its facilities including a suitable technical environment and necessary operating software and communications resources, system and user documentation, office space, personnel, and services as reasonably required by Lyniate to enable it to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
Customer’s Other Responsibilities a. The Customer will comply with all of the Bank’s security procedures, instructions, testing requirements, forms, rules, regulations, User Guide, policies and procedures, and all agreements between the Bank and the Customer governing Accounts, wire transfers and ACH transfers, all as modified by the Bank from time to time.

Customer shall i) evaluate suitability of Cloud Services for its business and needs, ii) comply with all laws and regulations applicable to it and its use of Cloud Services, iii) provide Basware with all cooperation and access to such relevant and up-to-date information and data (including Customer Data) necessary for providing Cloud Services and performing Professional Services, and iv) ensure its networks and systems comply with Technical Requirements.

ClearBlade’s performance of Services is contingent upon Customer’s timely and effective performance of its responsibilities, decisions, and approvals, and ClearBlade may rely on Customer decisions and approvals. Customer is responsible for the results obtained from the use of the Software and Services.
