Covered Individuals. This agreement shall cover and relate to members of the Federation wherever they shall perform, as employees, services for the Company as instrumental musicians or as leaders, contractors, copyists, orchestrators and arrangers of instrumental music (all of whom are collectively referred to as “musicians”2) in the recording of phonograph records, and to any other person employed as a Musician in the recording of phonograph records within the United States or Canada or a present territory or possession of either (herein called “Domestic Area”).
