Term Sheet definition

Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.

Term Sheet means a document setting out, in summary form, the key terms and conditions specific to and relating to a Funding Proposal agreed by the Parties pursuant to Clause 6.01 of this Agreement, an indicative form of which is attached as Annex 1 (Term Sheet);

  • Without prejudice to any other term of this Agreement, the Parties shall as soon as reasonably practicable execute and deliver such other documents or agreements and take such other action as may be reasonably necessary or desirable to support, facilitate, implement or consummate or otherwise give effect to this Agreement, the Term Sheet, the Restructuring and any of the transactions contemplated by them, provided that the Restructuring is materially consistent with the terms as set out in the Term Sheet.

Term Sheet means an executed instrument between the parties hereto containing the terms of this and other agreements between the parties, and is hereby incorporated by reference.

Term Sheet. A supplemental agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I which shall be executed and delivered by the Company and the Purchaser to provide for the sale and servicing pursuant to the terms of this Agreement of the Mortgage Loans listed on Schedule I attached thereto, which supplemental agreement shall contain certain specific information relating to such sale of such Mortgage Loans and may contain additional covenants relating to such sale of such Mortgage Loans.
