Domestic Area is defined as transactions made in any of the fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia, a U.S. Territory, U.S. military base, U.S. embassy, or U.S. Consulate. Transactions made outside of the Domestic Area are subject to this International Transaction Fee even if they are completed in U.S. currency.
