Additional Areas definition

Additional Areas is defined in Section III.C.2.b. “Additional Services” is defined in Section III.C.2.
Additional Areas means other areas which Irvine may develop within the cities of Irvine, Newport Beach and Tustin and within certain unincorporated areas of the County of Orange.

Examples of Additional Areas in a sentence

  • FirstWorld acknowledges that this Agreement is being entered into by Irvine to provide telecommunications service to the Spectrum, and any Additional Areas, and that it shall be reasonable for Irvine to withhold its consent to a proposed Transfer if Irvine reasonably determines that the proposed transferee will be unable to provide such service at such level and quality as is then reasonably expected by occupants of Spectrum and any Additional Areas.

  • Any material breach by the parties hereto of any provision of this Lease and Agreement, including, but not specifically limited to, the nonpayment of rent, violation by Tenant of its responsibilities with respect to use of Additional Areas, impermissible assignment by Tenant and any unauthorized use of the Premises by Tenant, shall constitute a default.

  • The Additional Areas shall include, without limitation: (i) as yet unconstructed portions of the Shopping Center intended for tenant occupancy, (ii) constructed but unoccupied portions of the Shopping Center, (iii) vacated or otherwise uninsured tenant space, whether by reason of lease expiration, default or otherwise, and (iv) constructed and occupied portions of the Shopping Center.

  • Irvine may add any Additional Other Building owned by it and located in the State of California (other than buildings in the Spectrum Service Area and the Additional Areas) to this Agreement by written notice to FirstWorld.

  • Irvine may add any Additional Area Building in any Additional Areas to this Agreement effective not earlier than the substantial completion of such Additional Area Building either (i) by notice to FirstWorld, or (ii) by the substantial completion of an Additional Area Building in an Additional Area as to which space within Available Other Conduit has been added to the Leased Premises pursuant to the terms of the Conduit Lease.


More Definitions of Additional Areas

Additional Areas has the meaning set forth in Section 15.10 below.
Additional Areas. As defined in Section 4.2.
Additional Areas means other areas that would form a part of the Complex, including certain Common Areas & Amenities, such as staircases, lifts, , refuge areas, pump rooms in basements, underground tanks, sewerage treatment plant, , electric substation, parking and services areas etc. which would be available and/or developed with or without payment of premiums or other charges.
Additional Areas means the areas of land other than the sites, which the Contractor uses at its own cost and responsibility, for storage of materials, operation of equipment, fabrication, or any other Works connected with the Project. “Adjudicator” is the person appointed jointly by the Owner and the Contractor to resolve disputes in the first instance, as provided for in Clause 8 of the Contract Covenants. The name of the Adjudicator is defined in the Contract Data. “Award Date” is the date on which the Owner issues the Notification of Award to the Contractor’s Bid. “Bill of Quantities” means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the Bid. “Clearance” means any consent, license, approval, permit, exemption or other authorisation of whatever nature, which is required to be granted by any Competent Authority to undertake and implement the Project. “Commencement Date” or “Start Date
Additional Areas means permit areas surrounding the project area detailed in Schedule 1(Part 2) that are to be targeted by the parties and purchased and or claimed from time to time. Such additional areas will be subject to the same terms and conditions as set out herein.
Additional Areas means the areas set out in Part C of Schedule 1.
Additional Areas means those constructed areas of the Development Project which are not covered by the Opening TOP or any other temporary occupancy permit issued as at the date of this Addendum;
